Launch-Day Etiquette That Helps You
Popular townships can see high demand on launch day. Arrive early, carry a printed shortlist of five or six plots in order of preference, and be ready with a backup in case your first choice is taken. Keep your booking cheque and KYC ready. If a lottery or token system is used for allotment, understand the rules in advance.
Do not let launch-day excitement push you into a plot you have not evaluated — a slightly less popular plot with a better price and position for your needs can be the smarter choice.
After Allotment
Review the allotment letter for the plot number, size, price and payment schedule. Make sure the agreement for sale is registered before you pay more than 10% of the cost, as RERA requires.
