Is Krisala Nagpur Township RERA Registered?
Current MahaRERA status and how to check it yourself
As of October 2026, the official Krisala Nagpur Township page shows the RERA number as “coming soon”. Here is what that means and how to verify registration once it is issued.
Current Status
| Project description | Status |
|---|---|
| MIHAN township (project page) | RERA number shown as “coming soon” |
| Third-party portals | Report RERA registration as ‘in progress’ |
| Golf-course township (Oct 2026) | Approvals in progress; MahaRERA application planned after approvals |
We will update this page when a registration number is issued. Always check the live MahaRERA portal rather than relying on any website, including this one.
How to Verify on MahaRERA
Open the Portal
Go to maharera.maharashtra.gov.in.
Search Projects
Use the registered-projects search with the project name, promoter or district (Nagpur).
Match the Number
Confirm the number the developer gives you matches the portal.
Read the Filing
Check promoter name, land details, layout, phase and completion date.
Check Updates
Look at quarterly progress updates and any complaints.
Why RERA Registration Matters
- Developers cannot advertise, book or sell in a registrable project before registration
- 70% of buyer money must go into a separate project account
- Plans cannot be changed without allottee consent
- You can claim interest for delayed possession or a refund with interest
- Structural defects are the developer's liability for five years
Until registration, pay only a refundable EOI with written terms. See MahaRERA-approved plots and the documents checklist.
What to Do If a Broker Asks for Money Now
If anyone asks you to pay a booking amount for Krisala Nagpur Township before a MahaRERA number is issued, ask for the number in writing and the developer's company account details. Do not pay cash or into personal accounts. A refundable EOI with clear written terms is the most you should commit at this stage.
